The EZ tag reader at the entrance gate is not functioning at the present time. We have been in contact with the gate company to help troubleshoot and will get it back online as soon as possible. In the mean time please use the keypad to enter the community.

Parc Lake Estates is a beautiful gated bridge crossing community, located just off highway 290 on the water on the park located in the heart of Cypress. The community is highlighted by a nature overlook park and features walking trails and three lakes. The community also features an outdoor amphitheater constructed with limestone blocks that looks over a 1.4-acre wetland. When completed, the community will include 64 lots.
